The training at ProNorth is the most essential building
block of the company. One-on-one training by qualified
instructors allows for hands on learning and personal
development for both new recruits as well as on-going
training for those with experience. In August of 1995, our
training Centre opened to enhance the skills of employees
and to encourage new candidates to join the trucking
industry. The paid training courses are offered several
times a year, enabling drivers to continuously build
defensive driving skills so that they are prepared to manage
any situation on the road. There are a variety of on-going
courses offered to our drivers, including refresher courses,
defensive driving, log book, dangerous goods, and explosive
training. All courses are offered to both company drivers
and owner/operators. |
