pride in the many dedicated, well-trained, bilingual
associates and drivers that run the daily operations.
Management possesses the experience, knowledge and skills to
provide ongoing direction, support, and training to all of
our staff. The end result is a motivated, well coordinated
and effective team.
The strength behind our company lies in the people we
employ. Our drivers, the front line of the company, are
among the highest trained in the industry. We have a strict
preventative maintenance program to reduce downtime and
ensure the safety of all our drivers.
We are proud of our clean,
highly maintained equipment. Our truck and trailer
combinations are designed with the driver in mind. A
wash-bay has been recently built to maintain our volume of
clean equipment. We have both a dry van, consisting of 48
and 53 ft vans, and a flatbed division which run out of our
North Bay and Mississauga terminals. Our policy of renewing
equipment every three years or 800,000 km has proven to
minimize breakdowns and delays.
Drivers are required to
possess and maintain a safe driving record. We uphold the
highest rating available with the MTO and DOT in Ontario,
Quebec and the United States. ProNorth Transportation has
been recognized on numerous occasions for having the safest
equipment on the highway. We are constantly striving to
reach new levels of safety. |
